Job Description:
The Mason will be responsible for building and repairing walls, floors, roofs, steps and other structures with brick, block and other materials. The Mason will also be responsible for mixing mortar, plaster, grout or cement to patch up walls or fill gaps between tiles. Other duties include cutting stone or tile to fit around fixtures or objects, erecting scaffolding and grinding down rough edges of bricks or stones.

Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Mason
• Knowledge of using tools such as trowels, chisels and hammers
• Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
• Understanding of safety regulations when working with hazardous materials
• Excellent physical stamina and strength
