Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Salary: 1500 AED (Monthly)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing sales and marketing activities and coordinating the sales team.

The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and organized with excellent interpersonal skills. Furthermore, they should possess a strong understanding of customer service principles as well as the ability to identify potential opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients

* Assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

* Coordinating the sales team to ensure maximum efficiency

* Monitoring performance of staff members and managing resources accordingly

* Developing marketing strategies to increase sales opportunities

* Managing product distribution channels between customers and suppliers

* Maintaining records of customer information, market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

* Minimum two years of experience in a similar role in a sales environment (preferably within the UAE)

* Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing revenue

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

* Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) in English & Arabic

* Immigrant status is welcomed
