Housekeeping Manager – Abu-Dhabi

Salary: 1000 AED/month

Requirements:
• Must be able to speak English and/or Arabic (if appropriate);
• Must be a foreigner or have the ability to work in Abu-Dhabi;
• No experience required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all areas of the property are clean, organized, and presentable;
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure proper cleaning protocols are met;
• Inspect all guest rooms, public areas, back of house areas for cleanliness;
• Manage inventory of all cleaning supplies and linens;
• Ensure housekeeping staff adhere to safety regulations;
• Liaise with other departments such as front office and engineering on guest requests.

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field;
• Previous experience in hotel/hospitality management preferred;
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
• Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, regulations, codes of conduct;
• Good problem solving and decision making skills.
