Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1400 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Construction Manager to oversee the construction of our projects in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate should have strong experience in the management of construction projects and will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all construction activities at the project site
• Develop and review plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
• Monitor progress on the project to ensure it is being completed according to established quality standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members for safe execution of work
• Establish safety regulations and ensure compliance with safety policies at all times
• Develop strategies for risk or cost management
• Monitor materials inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem solving abilities as well as strong organizational skills
• Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents related to construction projects.
