Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of employees and ensuring daily tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the day
• Train new staff members on company policies and procedures
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Set goals for the team to help them reach their full potential

Qualifications:
• At least two years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven track record of successful project management or team leadership experience
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations, company policies, employee relations practices, etc.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of performance
