HR Specialist Job Posting:

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 QAR per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans to source qualified candidates
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring team
- Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and other documentation related to recruitment
- Maintain relationships with external recruiters and other vendors
- Source potential candidates through various methods such as job postings, referrals, networking sites etc.
- Conduct background checks on potential employees prior to onboarding
- Manage onboarding process including employee orientations and training
- Track employee performance and attendance records
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in human resources management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
