Job Description:
We are looking for a highly-motivated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures, sterilizing instruments, assisting with patient preparation, and other related duties. As a Dental Assistant, you must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work with minimal supervision, and possess a genuine interest in helping patients feel comfortable while receiving treatment. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of patient visits and updating patient charts as needed. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with staff members, patients, and families. A minimum of one year of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred; however, recent graduates may be considered.
