We are looking for a Psychiatrist to join our team in Doha. Our multidisciplinary team is comprised of medical professionals who work together to provide the highest quality of patient care. The successful candidate will need to be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience in providing mental health assessments and treatments.

The Psychiatrist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse disorders, and other mental health conditions. They will also provide support to patients in order to help them cope with their illness. The Psychiatrist will carry out assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health using a variety of techniques such as questionnaires, interviews, psychological tests and biological tests. They will also develop treatment plans for each patient based on their individual needs.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of current psychological theories and principles in addition to being able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). They should also possess excellent interpersonal skills which allow them to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
