Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out land surveys and providing accurate measurements for plans and drawings. This position offers a salary of 1300 SAR per month with the possibility of further benefits. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.

Job Duties:
• Conduct land surveys using surveying instruments such as total stations, theodolites, GPS receivers, level instruments etc.
• Measure angles between points accurately in order to map boundaries and distances between points.
• Make sure that all measurements are accurate according to industry standards.
• Record data accurately into maps, diagrams or drawings as needed.
• Analyze data collected from surveys accurately and make conclusions from them.
• Participate in preparation of reports detailing survey results including calculations and observations.
• Prepare detailed plans using CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar software programs as needed.
• Liaise with clients to ensure all details are discussed before the survey is carried out.
• Ensure safety precautions are taken when working on site including wearing protective gear at all times while on the job site .

Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate accuracy in all aspects of work related to land surveying
• Ensure that all measurements taken comply with industry standards
• Provide accurate calculations from data collected during surveys
• Report any findings or observations from surveys accurately

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering or related field required • Proven experience working as a land surveyor preferred but not essential • Excellent knowledge of surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers etc • Good understanding of topography techniques • Proficient in AutoCAD or similar software programs • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision • Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations when working on-site • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
