Restaurant Manager vacancy in Dubai UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai! This is an opportunity to lead the day-to-day operations of a successful restaurant with excellent customer service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience leading a restaurant, be able to manage staff effectively, and be passionate about providing the highest levels of guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing day-to-day restaurant operations, including scheduling, staffing, and overseeing food preparation and service.

- Ensuring that all guests receive outstanding customer service, including addressing customer inquiries and complaints.

- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as necessary.

- Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

- Establishing standards for personnel performance and customer service.

- Monitoring compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, handling, sanitation, etc.

- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing customers.

- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to the restaurant industry.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required.

- At least 5 years of experience in managing a restaurant or similar establishment with proven success in increasing sales/profits.

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff to achieve set goals.

- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written.
