Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are searching for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. We offer a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month, and are open to considering applicants who have recently immigrated to the UAE.

This position requires someone who is highly organized and able to keep up with the fast pace of a busy restaurant. The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in managing a restaurant, and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Establishing restaurant operations procedures, including sanitation standards
• Developing menus, working with chefs to ensure quality and cost control standards
• Overseeing staff recruitment, training, schedules and performance management
• Managing budgets and financial plans related to the restaurant operations
• Handling customer inquiries or complaints
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager or relevant role
• At least 1 year of experience in managing a restaurant
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards
