Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers, ensuring their orders are taken and delivered accurately and promptly. You will also be required to greet guests upon arrival, provide them with menus, answer their queries and take orders. You will also need to ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and take payment from customers once their meals have been served.

Responsibilities:
• Greeting guests upon arrival, providing them with menus and answering any questions they may have
• Taking orders accurately from customers and delivering the orders promptly
• Ensuring all tables are clean before seating each customer
• Preparing bills accurately for customers after they’ve finished their meals
• Ensuring all areas of the dining area are kept clean at all times
• Assisting in other duties as assigned by the manager when needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a waiter in a similar setting
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Good communication skills in English (or Arabic)
• Ability to work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time with a friendly attitude • Attention to detail when taking orders and delivering items to customers • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently • Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
