Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profits of our products. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month. We are also open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Duties

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Analyze competitive retail environment and recommend appropriate action plans
• Monitor stock levels, identify key items in need of restocking or removal from the shelves
• Prepare reports on inventory movement and customer feedback
• Collaborate with store staff on product placement
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
• Provide training and assistance with store personnel on product usage, displays, promotions, etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field
• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising or related field
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word) as well as POS systems
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
