Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources management, with a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be expected to take responsibility for the entire HR function within the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing and interviewing candidates;
• Developing and implementing an effective performance appraisal system;
• Ensuring compliance with government labour laws and regulations;
• Developing policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational objectives;
• Maintaining employee records;
• Providing guidance and assistance on all HR-related matters.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and sound problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for the role. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
