Needs for Candidate
The ideal Barista candidate should have an outgoing personality and the ability to make customers feel welcome. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills that can work well both independently and as part of a team. The successful applicant must also be able to take direction well and handle multiple tasks at once while maintaining a professional attitude. Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to consider applicants with no prior experience in the role. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100 QAR per month.
