Barista – Sharjah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service and have a strong knowledge of specialty drinks and coffee-making techniques. We are offering a salary of 1000 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, smoothies and frappes
• Follow all recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Keep inventory of supplies and order when necessary
• Adhere to all safety standards
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Greet customers upon arrival and ensure they have a great experience

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required as we are willing to consider those without experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Good communication skills in English or Arabic preferred
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
