We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to help children of all ages learn new skills and develop their abilities.

We offer a salary of 1100 AED per month, and are willing to consider applicants from abroad.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• At least 3 years experience as a tutor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with children of all ages
• Knowledge of different teaching methods
• Patience and understanding for special needs
• Reliable, punctual and responsible attitude
• Ability to motivate students with enthusiasm and creativity
• Good organizational skills
• Flexible with working hours if needed.

Job Duties:
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans for students according to their age and needs
• Develop learning materials such as worksheets, quizzes, tests and homework assignments
• Monitor student progress by observing their work in class, providing feedback or additional instruction when necessary
• Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to be engaged in their learning process
• Provide support for students who need extra help in order to understand more complicated concepts
