Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will provide high-quality instruction to students from K-12, helping them to develop their academic skills and reach their full potential. The Tutor should be able to work independently and create individual learning plans for each student. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Needs for the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have:
-A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
-At least two years of experience working as a Tutor
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Familiarity with different learning styles
-Adaptability to changing student needs
-Patience and understanding when dealing with students of all ages
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Design individual learning plans tailored to each student’s needs
-Provide instruction in specific areas such as Math, Science, English, etc.
-Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
-Motivate students through positive reinforcement and encouragement
-Maintain records of student performance

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
-At least two years of experience working as a Tutor
-Excellent communication skills
