The main responsibility of the role is to lead the kitchen team in preparing high quality meals, ensuring that customer expectations are met. You would be responsible for managing the menu, developing innovative dishes and recipes, creating budgets and managing expenditure. You would also be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.

To be considered for this position you should have experience working as an Executive Chef or a similar role in a professional kitchen environment. You should have excellent organisational skills and knowledge of health and safety regulations. You should also have good communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams. Knowledge of Arabic cuisine is desirable but not essential for this role.
