We are looking for a talented Sommelier to join the team of our restaurant in Dubai. We offer an attractive salary of 1400 to the right candidate, and are open to considering applicants from abroad.

The successful candidate should have considerable experience in a similar role, as well as knowledge of various wines and spirits. The job involves recommending drinks for customers according to their taste and budget, as well as suggesting food-wine pairings. Furthermore, the Sommelier must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate confidently with guests.

Responsibilities include selecting wines from our extensive list, ensuring all beverages are served at the right temperature, and managing stock levels. The successful candidate will also be expected to train staff on wine service principles and provide advice about purchasing decisions for the restaurant.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive knowledge of wines and spirits
- Previous experience in a similar role
