Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team!

We are offering a full-time position with a salary of 1500. We are open to considering foreign applicants, as long as they meet the job qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the hospitality industry. Candidates should be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality service and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Preparing coffee drinks according to customer specifications
• Maintaining cleanliness of the cafe area; including counters, floors, tables, chairs, etc.
• Operating cash registers for payment processing, and providing accurate change when necessary
• Ensuring stock is properly stocked throughout the day; ordering supplies when necessary
• Training new employees on proper coffee preparation techniques and customer service expectations
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions as needed
