Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sales or related field
• Proven track record of successful sales management experience
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Arabic

Job Duties:
• Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for team members; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing/new products
• Developing strategies to increase customer base; analyzing trends and results
• Setting individual sales targets with the team; evaluating their performance against targets; providing feedback
