The successful candidate must also keep records of customer interactions and monitor customer satisfaction levels.

We require that applicants have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, good problem solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of customer service practices. We also expect that they have basic computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite products. We will also consider applicants with minimal work experience who are willing to learn quickly on the job.
