Job Description:
We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position offers a salary of 1700 per month. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience in the field of land surveying. We are willing to consider candidates from overseas who wish to immigrate.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related engineering field
• 1 year of professional experience in land surveying
• Knowledge of UAE and Abu-Dhabi land laws and regulations
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred but not required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD, GIS, DTM software etc.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to meet project requirements and ensure accuracy of measurements by using total station equipment, GPS systems, etc.
• Identify discrepancies between survey data and existing information provided by the client or regulatory authorities
• Analyze survey data using specialized software programs such as AutoCAD and GIS
• Generate reports based on collected survey data
• Prepare detailed maps showing the elevation, contours, location of buildings etc.
• Work closely with other professionals such as engineers, architects etc. to assess project requirements
• Participate in meetings with clients to discuss proposed projects
