Bartender Vacancy – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, possess a great knowledge of beverages and be able to provide outstanding customer service. We are offering a salary of 900 per month and are ready to consider a foreigner for this role.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Bartender
• Knowledge of beverage ingredients and preparation techniques
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for customers, following established recipes.
• Check customer’s identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age.
• Suggest food and drink combinations to customers.
• Answer questions about menu items or drinks.
• Record drink orders accurately into the point of sale system.
• Ensure that all bar equipment is cleaned and maintained properly on a regular basis.

Duties:
• Provide friendly, attentive service that makes customers feel welcome in the bar area. • Keep track of inventory levels, stock glasses, ice, garnishes, spirits, beer, wine etc. • Replenish glassware and other supplies as needed throughout the shift. • Collect payments from customers and give correct change when required. • Monitor customer’s behavior to ensure they do not become overly intoxicated or disruptive in any way.
