We are looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to fill the position of Supervisor in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workplace, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to effectively motivate team members. You will also be responsible for training staff members as needed and monitoring their work performance. Other duties include creating schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of daily operations, and resolving conflicts between staff members.
