Job Description:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing guidance to staff.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team of employees. They should have an understanding of customer service principles and practices, be able to manage multiple tasks, and be knowledgeable in safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations to ensure that the highest standards of service are provided.
• Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, advice, and support when necessary.
• Maintain quality control standards throughout all processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Take charge of staff scheduling and supervise shift rotations.
• Solve any customer complaints or issues that arise in a professional manner.
• Implement training programs to ensure staff receive adequate instruction in their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business management or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role in a customer service environment is essential required for this position.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and partners alike.

• Ability to multitask calmly under pressure with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision.

• Fluent English language skills (written & spoken).
