Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Human Resources department and providing support to our staff. You will ensure that we maintain a productive working environment and that all our employees are well taken care of.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledgeable in UAE labor laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies to attract and retain top talent in the organization
• Overseeing the recruitment process for new hires, from job postings to onboarding
• Developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various channels
• Assisting managers with interviewing potential candidates, conducting background checks, etc.
• Managing employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Designing training programs for new hires and existing staff members
• Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback on improvement areas
• Creating reports of employee data such as leave records, attendance records etc.
