We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi! This role offers a salary of 1100, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing strategic guidance on all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and training & development.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. They should also possess at least 3 years' experience in a Human Resources Management role. Excellent communication skills, strong problem solving capabilities, knowledge of UAE labor laws and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are essential for this role.

The HR Manager will be expected to lead the development of HR strategies that support our company's goals. They should also be able to design and implement policies that ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations. Additionally, they should monitor employee relations activities such as performance management processes and handle any grievances or disputes that arise.
