We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that both customers and employees are satisfied. This position will involve developing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, maintain efficient and cost-effective operations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring and training staff, setting performance benchmarks, managing budgets, monitoring inventory levels, handling customer complaints, and implementing marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry. They should also possess strong organizational skills as well as excellent communication skills with both customers and employees. A working knowledge of health codes and fiscal management is also required.
