We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for the hospitality industry. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or bar.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly motivated and have the ability to lead and motivate staff. They must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have experience in developing menus and managing budgets, and be computer literate with knowledge of the latest POS systems.

The successful applicant will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including hiring, training and supervising staff; setting standards; menu planning; controlling stock levels; managing cash flow; ensuring health & safety regulations are met; providing customer service excellence and resolving any customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
