Security Manager Vacancy - Abu-Dhabi

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Security Manager to join our growing team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations and personnel within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in security management, including experience with physical security and safety protocols. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month. We are also open to consider immigrants for this role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement security policies that adhere to local laws and regulations
• Monitor the security staff on duty, ensuring they are alert and following proper protocol
• Supervise the installation of necessary security equipment like cameras, alarms, sensors, etc.
• Ensure the safety of personnel by conducting regular drills and emergency preparedness training
• Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
• Investigate suspicious incidents or violations of policies or procedures
• Maintain records of all incidents reported or observed by the security staff
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Security Management or related field
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role in Security Management
• Excellent knowledge of safety protocols and physical security practices
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
