Position: Bank Teller
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have the necessary skills and experience to provide excellent customer service and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers when they enter the bank
• Process various types of financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, etc.
• Sell money orders, cashiers’ checks, traveler’s checks, and other related services
• Balance daily transaction reports and maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Answer inquiries from customers regarding their accounts and banking services
• Assist customers with general questions about banking products or services
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures as well as external regulations

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a bank teller or in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
• Excellent knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to calculate basic math problems quickly and accurately
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
