Job Summary

We are currently looking for a Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by handling banking transactions, addressing customers’ inquiries, and helping them to resolve their issues. The position comes with a salary of 1600 AED per month. We are willing to consider candidates from abroad as well.

Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a professional manner and provide them with excellent customer service
• Handle the customers’ transactions accurately and efficiently
• Address any inquiries or concerns the customers may have
• Ensure that the cash drawer is balanced at all times
• Count money to verify amounts and issue receipts for deposits and withdrawals
• Process loan applications accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teller area

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred but not required
• Previous experience in banking or customer service is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in computer technology with knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word etc.
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
