We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should possess excellent skills in communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. They should be a self-starter able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated, results-driven, and has the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions for recruiting talent. They must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments and have an interest in staying abreast of current trends in the recruitment field.

The main duties of this role include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening candidates through interviews and assessments, conducting reference checks, negotiating job offers, creating job descriptions, and maintaining records of all recruitment activities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working under tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy in their work.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400 for this role and are open to considering an immigrant. Previous experience in recruitment or related fields is desirable but not essential as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience.
