Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction project from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be able to manage and coordinate all aspects of the building process, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, safety, and quality control. The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall planning, coordination, and control of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules and budgets for construction projects.
• Ensure that all applicable laws and regulations are followed throughout the construction process.
• Monitor progress of projects against established milestones and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, clients and other project participants.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are adhered to onsite at all times.
• Oversee quality control during all stages of construction processes.
• Manage multiple subcontractors concurrently while ensuring their compliance with contract specifications and building requirements.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required (we are ready to consider an immigrant with no experience).
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
