You must possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in the field. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to make sound decisions quickly while keeping customer satisfaction in mind. You must also have knowledge of business principles and processes as well as understanding of current trends that affect the industry.
