Job Title: Executive Chef

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards. You will also work with the rest of the kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service of all our dishes. As Executive Chef, you must have a passion for cooking and an eye for detail to ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a working chef or in a similar role
• Excellent culinary skills with knowledge of a variety of cuisines
• Ability to lead and manage a team of cooks
• Knowledgeable in food safety and hygiene standards
• Creative with presentation skills to creatively plate dishes
• Positive attitude with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Designing menus and recipes according to customer needs and preferences
• Ensuring that all dishes are cooked according to health, safety, and hygiene regulations • Maintaining records on stock levels, sales, wastage, etc. • Training kitchen staff on current cooking techniques • Monitoring quality control throughout meal preparation processes • Supervising junior chefs and other kitchen staff in their tasks • Working closely with other departments such as catering or front-of-house teams • Developing relationships with local suppliers for fresh ingredients
