The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our business and ensuring that all staff members are working in accordance with company policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic. The Supervisor will also be responsible for providing feedback to staff on their performance and taking disciplinary action when necessary. Additionally, they will ensure that customer service standards are met at all times. Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience working as a supervisor or in a related role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs preferred
