Job Description:
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing leadership and guidance to employees. The Supervisor must ensure that customer service standards are met at all times and that employees are adequately trained and supported. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling shifts, managing employee performance, and resolving customer issues
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Developing strategies to improve customer service standards
• Training new hires on company policies and procedures
• Enforcing safety protocols in the workplace

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Previous experience in a supervisory role; minimal experience acceptable • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment • Fluency in English; additional languages preferred
