Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This individual will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed reports to assess the accuracy of data collected. The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the field, including knowledge of surveying equipment and techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare survey plans, maps and diagrams based on field data collection
• Conduct land surveys using a variety of instruments such as theodolites, total stations and GPS receivers
• Utilize mapping software to generate maps, charts, sketches and other types of drawings
• Record measurements accurately in accordance with accepted standards
• Interpret survey results and prepare detailed reports for review by senior surveyors
• Prepare legal descriptions for land parcels based on surveying data
• Maintain survey equipment in proper working condition
• Remain up-to-date with advances in survey technology

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field preferred
• At least 1 year of experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
• Proficiency with mapping software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D
• Excellent mathematical skills and understanding of geometry principles
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license required for some assignments

Salary: 1400 SAR per month
