Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a courteous manner and provide them with menus
• Take customer orders accurately, ensuring all special requests are noted
• Serve food items in an efficient manner according to restaurant standards
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared as per the customer’s instructions
• Check orders periodically to ensure accuracy and quality control is maintained throughout the meal service period
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant dining area at all times
• Assist other staff as needed during busy periods or when extra help is required

Qualification Requirements:

• Must be reliable, punctual, motivated and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred but not required
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays is essential
