Job Title: Chef

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Salary: 1300 SAR/Month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals that meet our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and excellent culinary skills.

Responsibilities:
• Plan menus in consultation with colleagues
• Oversee the organization and running of the kitchen
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality
• Monitor portion sizes and the quality of dishes produced
• Control stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment according to health regulations
• Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen setting
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, recipes etc.
• Excellent understanding of nutrition, food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Immigrant status is welcome to apply
