Restaurant Manager – Dubai

Salary: 1100 AED
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent people skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will be expected to successfully manage staff and ensure that customer service is top-notch. You will also be responsible for ensuring that food quality meets high standards.

Job Description:
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including but not limited to staffing, customer relations, menu selection, financial performance and inventory control
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety regulations
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics, such as sales volume and profitability
• Track sales performance against budgeted targets
• Maintain an efficient operation by troubleshooting operational problems quickly and effectively
• Effective management of staff schedules, training plans and performance reviews

Requirements for the Candidate:
• At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume setting
• Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Knowledgeable of health codes, safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
• Willingness to consider a foreigner
