We are looking for a competent and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing restaurants, a good understanding of the hospitality industry, and excellent customer service skills. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the restaurant and delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.

We are looking for someone who is confident in handling customer queries and complaints, can provide effective leadership to restaurant staff, keeps up with industry trends and technology, is organized and can work well under pressure. We require at least 3 years of management experience in the hospitality industry. A college degree or equivalent in hospitality management is an advantage but not essential.

As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for setting standards of service quality at the restaurant; developing menus; controlling stock levels; creating staffing schedules; managing budgets; monitoring staff performance; organizing promotional activities; ensuring compliance with all health & safety regulations; handling customer queries & complaints; monitoring sales figures & forecasting future sales volumes; as well as developing strategies to increase profitability & customer satisfaction.
