Job Description:
We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating and executing sales strategies in order to achieve maximum profitability of merchandise. The ideal candidate should be an experienced professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Duties:
- Developing effective merchandising plans in order to maximize sales opportunities;
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure best prices and conditions;
- Working closely with the marketing department to ensure product availability;
- Updating inventory levels according to the market trends;
- Ensuring proper stock rotation and display of merchandise;
- Managing the replenishment process for stores;
- Assessing customer preferences in order to meet their needs;
- Creating reports on sales performance and store feedback.

Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role;
- Knowledge of current market trends and product positioning techniques;
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities;
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation & Benefits:
