Barista job vacancy in El-Ain UAE


El-Ain is looking for an experienced Barista to join its team of professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other beverages to customers. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be expected to serve customers professionally and courteously, while providing prompt service and ensuring that each customer receives the highest quality beverage. This position requires excellent communication skills, as the position involves interacting with customers and taking orders in a quick and efficient manner. The Barista must also ensure that all orders are prepared correctly and served warmly.

In addition to preparing beverages, the Barista must also keep the work area clean and orderly, restock supplies as necessary, maintain inventory records, process payments for customer orders, and answer any questions customers may have about our products or services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both digital payment systems (i.e., credit/debit card payments) as well as cash payment transactions.

The successful candidate must possess an upbeat personality with strong customer service skills and a positive attitude; he/she should also have an eye for detail when it comes to preparing drinks according to our standards of excellence. We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience—a salary of 1300—and are willing to consider applications from immigrants.
