Job Description:
We are searching for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum of work experience and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. The Manager’s role is to ensure that all business operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and according to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strategies for achieving organizational goals and objectives
• Overseeing daily operations of the organization including staff, resources, processes, and customer service
• Identifying areas of improvement within the organization and developing plans for improvement
• Establishing policies, procedures, standards, and operational objectives
• Monitoring performance against targets and providing feedback to teams on their progress
• Working with internal stakeholders to create an integrated organization across departments
• Budgeting to ensure that all resources are available where needed
• Managing external relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, partners etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required
• A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a management role is preferred
• Ability to lead teams effectively and delegate tasks appropriately
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to identify areas of improvement within the organization
