Job Requirements
• Experience in pastry/baking is not required; however, creativity and passion for baking is essential
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of baking ingredients and their uses
• Good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with customers as well as other staff members
• Team player attitude

Job Responsibilities
• Preparing doughs, batters, sauces, fillings, decorations etc. for all pastries/desserts
• Creating new recipes and trying out different ingredients/combinations
• Ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines at all times
• Supervising kitchen staff during preparation as well as baking processes
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area at all times
• Checking quality of ingredients before usage
