We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement successful strategies.

This role will require you to generate revenue by identifying new customers, building relationships with existing clients, and creating a business plan to meet sales targets. You must also be willing to conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growing our customer base. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and managing a team of sales representatives.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in sales management or related fields. Experience in the Al-Kuwait area is highly desired. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not required. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role as well as excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You should also possess strong organizational skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
